This is a 360° recruitment role, where you’ll be trained to manage the full recruitment lifecycle — from client acquisition to candidate placement. You’ll partner with global pharmaceutical and biotech organisations to source and secure high-impact talent across key functions such as Quality, Regulatory Affairs, Commercial Operations, Supply Chain, and Technical Operations.

What You’ll Be Doing

Client Development & Sales:
✔️ Generate new business through sales calls, LinkedIn outreach, and market mapping
✔️ Attend client meetings (virtually and in-person) to understand hiring needs
✔️ Build long-term relationships with pharmaceutical and biotech companies

Candidate Sourcing & Engagement:
✔️ Using the latest tools to source specialist candidates
✔️ Build a talent pipeline of high-calibre professionals
✔️ Proactively market candidates to clients to generate demand

Candidate Interviewing & Assessment:
✔️ Conduct interviews to assess technical skills and personal motivations, and fit
✔️ Guide candidates through the demands of the hiring process
✔️ Act as a trusted advisor to support career decisions
