Founded by pharmaceutical search leaders, we deliver high-performance talent solutions to the global pharmaceutical sector — without the politics, churn, or short-term behaviours that define much of the recruitment landscape.
Following a successful launch in Summer 2025, we are now hiring a Principal Consultant to accelerate the growth of our global contract and fractional hiring division.
Our founder has built and scaled multi-million-pound contract teams. Now, he is searching for a proven contract recruiter with the ambition to build a business and team of their own from a foundation of clients, relationships and existing contractors. This is an opportunity with unwavering backing, investment, and partnership.
This is a build-the-business role. It offers autonomy, accountability, unlimited upside, and a genuine seat at the table in shaping a high-growth recruitment firm.
You will lead from the front — personally delivering, winning clients, building talent networks, designing the desk, and ultimately hiring and developing the team around you.
Your Mission
- Launch and scale a Life Sciences contract & fractional recruitment division (Pharma, Biotech, MedTech, CDMO, CMC, Regulatory, Quality, QP, Manufacturing, Supply Chain & Commercial)
- Own hands-on, 360 contract delivery, driving billings from day one.
- Build long-term client relationships and exclusive mandates.
- Design and implement the desk infrastructure: delivery model, compliance, pricing, contractor care, SLAs, and process.
- Develop deep talent networks across the UK, EU, and global markets
- Hire, mentor, and lead — building the contract team and evolving into divisional leadership
- Work directly with the Founder on strategy, headcount planning, market positioning, and commercial growth
Your Profile
- A proven contract recruitment professional within the pharmaceutical or stem sector/s knowledge.
- Demonstrable 360 billing track record with the ambition to take on a business-building mandate.
- Experience in leading clients and / or people.
- Entrepreneurial mindset — motivated by ownership, impact, and long-term value.
- Driven to work in a grown-up, performance-led culture where you are trusted, empowered, and treated like as an equal.
