Prior to founding Allerton Bishop, Andrew held senior roles at international search firms, where he developed deep expertise in global talent acquisition and cross-border leadership hiring. Known for his consultative, insight-led approach and extensive global network, he is a trusted advisor to organisations navigating the complexities of pharmaceutical talent strategy.
Andrew holds a degree in Business and Economics, and brings a truly international perspective to his work. Outside of his professional life, he is a proud husband and father—and a dedicated golfer with a scratch handicap, often blending business and sport during the summer months.
