This position can be based in the UK, Canada or Europe but NOT North America
This is an opportunity for a senior quality and compliance professional to help shape compliance strategy across an international portfolio of medicines, dietary supplements and consumer health products.
Core responsibilities of the Global Quality Compliance Lead.

Identify, assess and help mitigate regulatory and compliance risks across the portfolio.

Support global audit and inspection readiness, including health authority inspections and supplier audits.

Provide expert guidance on critical quality issues, investigations and corrective actions.

Monitor regulatory developments and help ensure quality systems remain compliant across international markets.

Partner with Quality, Regulatory, Operations, R&D, Supply Chain and external suppliers to drive compliance and continuous improvement.
The successful candidate

Brings extensive experience across pharmaceutical, consumer, cosmetics or health product quality, regulatory compliance and/or R&D.

Has experience leading health authority inspections and supporting audit readiness.

Has strong knowledge of regulations across international markets.

Can translate complex regulatory requirements into practical actions.

Is confident influencing and collaborating with stakeholders across a global organisation.

Requires strong GMP experience

Has documented ISO 13485 training
