The successful candidate will oversee a large, multi-disciplinary engineering function, including maintenance, utilities, facilities, and automation. • Drive Continuous Improvement: Deploy Lean tools to drive measurable improvements.

  • Compliance and Governance: Ensure full compliance with GMP, EHS, and data integrity requirements across all engineering and maintenance activities.

  • Capability Development: Build technical depth within the team, coach managers and engineers, and develop a high-performance culture that supports long-term operational success.

  • Capital & Asset Management: Oversee engineering budgets, capital expenditure, and lifecycle planning to ensure optimal use of resources and asset longevity.

  • Technical Background: Strong foundation in maintenance, utilities, or process engineering, with proven success managing complex technical operations.

  • Operational Leadership: Demonstrable experience leading large teams and driving site-wide engineering transformation programs.
