Senior Quality Specialist – eQMS

Allerton Bishop is partnering with a leading European pharmaceutical company to appoint a Senior Quality Specialist – eQMS. This is a key global quality role supporting the cross-site implementation and optimisation of an electronic Quality Management System (eQMS) within a regulated pharmaceutical environment.
The role offers a rare opportunity to work remotely across Europe while playing a central role in modernising quality systems and processes across multiple sites.
Role Overview
Reporting into the Global Quality Manager, the Senior Quality Specialist will act as a process owner and subject matter expert for eQMS, supporting system rollout, standardisation and continuous improvement across the organisation. The role requires close collaboration with global functions and local sites.
Key Responsibilities

Coordinate and support the cross-site implementation of the electronic Quality Management System (eQMS).

Act as process owner for digital quality processes including document management, training, deviations, change control and equipment management.

Partner with global IT and site teams to implement standardised QMS processes and governance.

Ensure eQMS processes support GxP compliance and regulatory expectations.

As the Senior Quality Specialist, you will support system optimisation, user adoption and continuous improvement initiatives.

Contribute to inspections, audits and regulatory readiness as required.
Candidate Requirements

Degree-qualified in Pharmacy, Chemistry, Biology, Engineering, IT or related discipline.

Pharmaceutical industry work experience.

Hands-on quality systems and / or quality assurance experience with eQMS platforms (MasterControl / Trackwise / Q-Pulse)

Business level English language.

Comfortable working independently in a remote, international environment.
